Please fill out this supplemental application and the Clinton Community College general application found here. As a reminder, the LPN-to-RN admissions program requires successful completion of ENG101: English Composition, PSY101: Introduction to Psychology, and BIO228: Anatomy & Physiology I. These courses must be completed prior to the spring semester, and all grades must be a C or higher. Both Anatomy and Physiology courses (BIO228 and BIO229) must be completed at the same institution.
